DESCRIPTION OF LAMINATE TOP COAT

Liquid laminate Top Coat is an universal water-based laminate based on polymer resins, designed to protect prints from the harmful effects of ultraviolet UV radiation, mechanical damage, moisture, and industrial environmental pollution.

The laminate can be used to give a glossy, satin or matt finish to any graphic print such as photos, graphics and artwork.

Laminate Top Coat protects prints made on virtually all types of media, such as PVC, metals, glass, ceramics, stone, and wood.

The drying time is 20-30 minutes (the laminate stops being sticky after this time), and full polymerization takes 24 hours. After this time, the laminate achieves its best properties.

The liquid laminate has been designed using the latest technologies to provide excellent resistance of the laminated prints to UV radiation, temperature changes, wind, airborne sand, fog, salt, acid rain, sulfur and nitrogen oxides. It contains ingredients that increase resistance to scratches and abrasion.

The single-component water-based liquid laminate Top Coat is a product with excellent corrosion resistance properties.

Thanks to its self-sealing ability, it forms an impermeable layer on the metal surface, protecting it from corrosion.

The laminate can also be used to protect other materials such as wood, concrete, plastics, or old paint coatings. Due to its very good adhesive properties, it adheres well to these surfaces and provides protection against moisture absorption and harmful atmospheric factors.

Laminate Top Coat allows for a high gloss surface. When applied to metal, it provides corrosion resistance as high as that previously achievable only for solvent-based coatings.
